Features

Converts to CSS using Tailwind itself.
Supports both class names and snippets (with complete opening tags).
Preserves color variables for possible future modification.

Limitations

Produces a little chaos at complicated nesting together with variables (but works fine thanksfully).
Needs to specify group and peer elements manually after conversion.
Seems that properties are not so perfectly ordered.
